Mr. Rajeev Solanki, the CEO of Parishudh Fibres, has considerable expertise in dealing with all sorts of wall carpets as well as geotextile fabrics. Parishudh Fibres, one-stop-shop from where you can browse wider range of wall carpets as well as geotextile fabrics, was incepted in the year 1990. We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a non-woven fabric manufacturer. We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company. We also manufacture all kinds of fabrics as per customer's requirement. We are manufacturing fabrics for geotextile fabrics, automobile floor coverings, wall to wall carpets, filter fabrics for automobile industry, dust collection bags, air conditioners, panel filters, shoe lining, needle punched non-woven fabric, used for gloves ,quilting, fabrics for garment interning, shoulder pads, embroidery backing, various other needled punched, thermal bonded and chemical bonded fabrics. With the number of sixty employees, Parishudh Fibres, was ensconced in the year 1990. We, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, are involved in the manufacturing of needle punching.
Needle Punching
Needled punching depend on the precise action of thousands of barbed needles to physically interlock cross-lapped layers of well blended and carded fibers to create materials with particular properties.
Manufacturing Processes
Chemical and Thermal Bonding
With chemical bonding, after fibers are processed into a web or fabric, the material is saturated in a chemical bath and then dried and heat-cured.
Thermo bonding may be used to further adhere fibers that have been processed into a web or fabric by adding heat and pressure, creating a unique bond throughout the textile.
We have sound infrastructural base which is well-equipped with up-to-date equipments ensuring optimum quality production. From the initial step of preparation like procurement, washing, finishing etc., to the dispatch i.e. the entire manufacturing process is done under the proper leadership of trained technocrats.
